3. Damaged or Incorrect Product Claims

  • Missing items

the customer must contact us immediately after delivery.

To process any claim, a complete unboxing video is mandatory.

The video must clearly show:

  • Sealed package before opening
  • Full unboxing process without cuts
  • Product condition after opening

Without a valid unboxing video, no refund, replacement, or return request will be accepted.

 

4. Return Eligibility

 

Products may only be considered for replacement or refund if:

  • The issue is verified by our support team
  • The product is unused
  • Original packaging is available
  • Claim is submitted within the required timeframe after delivery

 

Customized, damaged, altered, or used products are not eligible for refund or return.

 

5. Refund Approval

Refunds, if approved under exceptional circumstances, will be processed through the original agreed payment method or as store credit, depending on management decision.

Approval of refunds is solely at the discretion of the management team.

 

6. Shipping Charges

 

Shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by our error.

Accounts involved in fraudulent activity may be permanently restricted from using our services.
